The home of the Hubbell Sugar Shack, could be turned into a museum. There is so much history in those buildings that has been run by the Hubbell Family for generations. I can remember going through it with Ralph, & Harry, as they showed me all the tools and how they were run, many years ago. I can remember Ralph & Harry rebuilding the water wheel for the Mill House in Halcottsville for Everett Herrick. It was so beautiful seeing that spinning after they were finished. It so nice, seeing the farm come back together, along with all of the other things that happen at the Homestead!

    Keep that liquid gold flowing~!
